BARISTANEST aims to make shipping information clear before and after purchase. This policy explains how orders are processed, where we currently ship, how estimated delivery times work, and what to do if a package is delayed or arrives damaged.

Orders are usually processed and packed within 1 to 3 business days. Processing time may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or when additional quality checks are required. BARISTANEST mainly ships to the United States and Europe, although availability may vary by product size, destination, and carrier service.

Small items usually take 7 to 10 business days after shipment. Large items usually take 10 to 15 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary because of customs clearance, weather, carrier delays, holidays, remote locations, or other factors outside our direct control.

  • Most orders are shipped by air freight.
  • If a product requires sea freight due to size, weight, or special logistics needs, this will be clearly stated on the product page before purchase.
  • Customers will receive a tracking number by email after shipment.
  • Tracking may take 24 to 72 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.
  • If a shipment is delayed, customers can contact support@baristanest.com.
  • If an item arrives damaged, contact support@baristanest.com within 7 days of delivery and provide the order number, photos of the item, photos of the outer packaging, and photos of the shipping label.
  • Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.
  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.
