Returns & Refunds
BARISTANEST wants customers to feel informed before requesting a return. This policy explains the 30-day return window, return eligibility, return shipping responsibility, refunds, damaged items, and how to start a return.
Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, in original condition, and returned with original packaging where possible. Custom, final sale, clearance, used, modified, or customer-damaged items may not be eligible for return unless there is a quality issue.
Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return. If the return is caused by BARISTANEST's responsibility, such as a damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly misdescribed item, BARISTANEST will be responsible for the return shipping cost or provide a suitable solution. If the return is due to customer reasons, such as change of mind, dislike of the product, ordering the wrong item, choosing the wrong size, or no longer needing the item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Customers should not send items back without contacting us first.
- Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify the customer whether the refund is approved.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Original shipping fees may not be refundable unless the return is due to BARISTANEST's responsibility.
- For damaged or defective items, customers should contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos or videos.
- To start a return, email support@baristanest.com with your order number, order email, return reason, and photos or videos if applicable.
